Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Time Frame

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.
Any request made after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered (different design, size, or color)
The product has a manufacturing fault or quality issue

Note: Change of mind or dislike of the product is not a valid reason for return.

3. Proof Requirement

Customers must provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue.
The proof must be shared within the 3-day return period.
Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

4. Product Condition

To be eligible for return:

The item must be unused and unworn
It must be returned in its original packaging
All tags, boxes, and accessories must be included

We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is used or damaged by the customer.

5. No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds or money back under any circumstances.
Instead, customers will receive a replacement product.

6. Exchange / Replacement Process

Once the return is approved and the product is received, it will be inspected by our team.
After approval, a replacement item of the same or equal value will be shipped.
If the same product is unavailable, the customer can choose another item of equal price.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

8. Important Notes

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return (optional — you can keep or remove this)
